Lesson 10

E-mailing Photos

After images have been corrected in the fix image function, you may wish to email them.

Introduction

In this lesson, we will select a photo to email.

We will add a recipient to our email list. We will set the parameters, the quality & size of the photo.

The photo will then become an attachment in our usual email program.

Step #1: Select a Photo  

Click on the photo that you wish to email.

A yellow border will appear around the selected photo.

Step #2: Select E-mail  

On the “Icon Menu”, click on the:

[ Share ] icon


In the drop down menu, click on:

[ E-mail ]

Step #3: E-mail Screen  

The Email Screen will then appear as shown:

Step #4: Add Recipient  

In the “Icon Menu”, click on the:
[ Add Recipient ] icon

Step #5: Enter Address  

Enter:

First Name:
Last Name:
E-Mail Address:

When finished click:

[ OK ]

Step #6: Set Parameters  

Click on the check boxes beside the following:

“Include Tags with Photos”

“Individual Attachments”

Step #7: Size & Quality  

Select a size and quality.

Step #8: Finish Attachment  

To finish & email,

Click on:

[ OK ]

Step #9: E-mail  

After this you will be dropped into your Email Program to add any personal remarks that you wish.

The photo will already be attached to your email.

In your email program, click on:

[ Send ]

 

Conclusion

In this lesson, we selected a photo to email. We added a recipient to our email list.

We set the parameters, the quality & size of photo.

The photo became an attachment in our normal email program.
